A&A Brochu Trucking and Logging is looking to add an administrative position in the Clinton, ME office. The person in this position will report to the General Manager in Clinton but work closely with the administrative staff in Clinton and at the main office in Dover-Foxcroft.
Duties include but not be limited to the following:
-Accounts Payable-Coding and entering invoices into Sage 50 accounting software
-Accounts Receivable-Importing records from Truck Tracker, invoicing customers, following up on customer payments
-Monitoring and Reporting on maintenance records
-Processing data related to fuel consumption, miles, operating costs and truck revenue
-Communicating with external businesses as well as the PRL family of companies
-Building & Maintaining Excel spreadsheets to track data
-Other duties as assigned
We are looking for a candidate that can work well as a team member in a fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing company.
-Strong knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
-Initial training to take place in Dover Foxcroft office
